Shipping policy

All of our products are shipped from our location-based in the US. The only location that we currently have is:

With the rise of shipping charges through all carriers, we try to be as fare as possible when it comes to providing our products to you. We are family-owned and operated so we will save you the handling charges which makes it easier for us manage with reduced spending. 

 

Shipping: 

We ship our products for free when you spend 100$ or more. A charge of 10$ for a product that weighs 1LB or more. $7 charge for all other items. Now if you spend $30 or more then you only pay a flat rate of $7 no matter how heavy the item is. Please note that shipping charges are nonrefundable which means that if you placed an order and then changed your mind after printing the shipping labels, we won't be able to refund you the shipping charges. Also if you returning your order shipping charges won't be refunded. check our return policy. 

 

In-store pickup.  

We will prepare your order as soon as you place it. We will have it ready Free of charge. Note that a little of our products might be out of stock because we managing two different inventory. For that, we have our website designed so you don't get charged unless your order is ready for pick up unless you used express check out using your PayPal account then we would have to refund the transaction. You can also use COD, cash on delivery, the option to avoid complications for local costumers. Note if products are out of stock we will stock up within a week or less depending on our time and our suppliers availability. Finally, you have the choice to keep your order and wait or ask to cancel the order in case of out of stock.  

 

Local delivery. 

The same rules for in-store pickup applies, plus there is a $5 delivery charge. You only going to be able to place an order for local delivery if you live 15 miles away from our location.
